Lead Teacher, Preschool

We are seeking a warm, experienced Lead Teacher for our Preschool program (ages 3–4). The ideal candidate brings a love of creative, child-led learning and a commitment to building strong relationships with children and families.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement developmentally appropriate curriculum
• Maintain a safe, organized, and engaging classroom environment
• Communicate regularly with families about their child's progress
• Collaborate with co-teachers and administrative staff
• Maintain required documentation and records

Qualifications

• AA or BA in Early Childhood Education or related field (required)
• Current Child Development Teacher Permit or equivalent (required)
• Minimum 2 years experience in a preschool classroom setting
• CPR and First Aid certified
• Strong communication and organizational skills
